SEPTEMBER
Canada’s Largest Rib Fest
Spencer Smith Park
Sept. 4–7
Organizer: Rotary Club of Burlington
canadaslargestribfest.com
Though not quite a summer festival, we would be remiss to not include Canada’s largest rib fest in our roundup. Overtaking Burlington’s Spencer Smith Park every September, the raucous party-like atmosphere with over-the-top vendor displays, midway and music, and likely everyone you know in attendance (even the vegetarians, who can still find plenty of fun) – is a perfect summer sendoff. We love a local tradition that you can really sink your teeth into.
